Grace can be a difficult concept for Unitarian Universalists to fold into their own beliefs, perhaps because it's experiential, personal, and difficult to generalize. Witnessing much Grace recently has brought comfort during difficult times. Last week, during a UU memorial service, Mimi Bornstein, the author of the hymn "Comfort Me" was at the piano, singing and playing. The observations of Grace and this song are intertwined and can be a source for hope and gratitude.
