ROSWELL, NM. The site of a UFO crash with injured non-humanoids on board in 1947. Was it real or crazy stuff made up to amaze the public? We’ll be visiting the International UFO Museum and Research Center which was organized to inform the public about what has come to be known as “The Roswell Incident”. The museum does not try to convince you to believe the story that we have heard, but I found it hard to disbelieve! Roswell is a walking town and we have a full day there and the evening before to explore the art galleries, the museums and the adventures built up around the story, as well as a wildlife refuge nearby. We’ll have dinner planned at Peppers, a delightful restaurant I tried out last April.
We have 10 places left at this time.

"French bestseller Perrin makes her English-language debut in an atmospheric novel rife with adulterous romances, bad marriages, mysterious deaths, and lots of burials.
The frequent burials are because narrator Violette Toussaint is a cemetery keeper at the Brancion-en-Chalon cemetery in Burgundy
Overstuffed, at times rambling, but colorful and highly enjoyable and pulled together by an engaging narrator." Kirkus reviews
