We welcome diversity. We commit to  undo racism and all other oppressions in ourselves, our church, and our community.

Providing pajamas, books, and literacy tips to children in need
January 8, 2022
Dear Judy and the members of Unitarian Universalist Church of Tucson,
On behalf of the ANGEL HEART PAJAMA PROJECT™, we want to thank you for the donation of 92 pairs of pajamas and 3 books.  Your support assists children in need and will make it possible for us to gift pajamas, books, and offer literacy outreach programs.
As you may know, the ANGEL HEART PAJAMA PROJECT™, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, provides new pajamas, new books, and literacy suggestions to children in need in Pima, Santa Cruz, and Cochise communities.  Some of the children are waiting and hoping to be adopted.  Many of these youngsters have been abused or abandoned and have never enjoyed the simple comfort of new pajamas or having a loving someone read to them at bedtime.
Through ANGEL HEART PAJAMA PROJECT™, we hope to contribute to a warmer, more loving environment for children when they are at their most vulnerable.  Thank you for being a part of our mission.  We look forward to your continued interest in and support of our project.
With gratitude,
Stacie Emert, Board President
Patti Lopez, Executive-Director

Rated PG the film is about The Madrigals, an extraordinary family who lives hidden in the mountains of Colombia in a charmed place. The magic of the town has blessed every child in the family with a unique gift -- every child except Mirabel. However, she soon may be the Madrigals last hope when she discovers that the magic surrounding the Encanto is now in danger.
