Sunday May 12, Mothers Day: A Messy, Beautiful, Bouquet
Annual Flower Communion
A beautiful, messy, bouquet. There are fewer metaphors that better describe Unitarian Universalists. We who value diversity accept the beauty and the inevitable mess of that diversity. On this Flower Communion Sunday we will celebrate our diversity -- beauty, mess, and all! Bring a flower to add to our communal bouquet.
Worship Leader: Rev. Bethany Russell-Lowe
Worship Associate: Gary Luce
Music: Desert Chorale and Leeza Beriyeva

Personal Growth
Unitarian Universalist Topics
|
About twice a month from September through June, Rev. Bethany will lead a discussion of a spiritual and/or religious concept. Think Torah/ Bible/ sacred text study with a Unitarian Universalist twist! She will bring a reading, song, or short article for discussion and attendees will have the opportunity to share their personal beliefs on the topic, even (and especially!) if those beliefs are still evolving. This is an opportunity for newcomers, and long-timers alike, to consider what they believe to be true, and what is true for someone else. Here is a list of the topics for discussion this year. Childcare is available.
Sundays from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM in the Holland Sanctuary
May 12 Spiritual Practices (1)
May 19 Spiritual Practices (2)
June 2 Evil
June 9 Goodness
