Important Congregational Survey
TIME IS RUNNING OUT - DO IT NOW
All members and friends of UUCT (both year-round and seasonal) are encouraged to complete the Congregational Survey. This survey is a part of the self-study phase of the process of searching for our new settled minister. Your responses will be used to give prospective ministers more information about who we are and what we want for our congregation, as well as to guide the Search Committee in selecting ministerial candidates. The survey is different and more detailed than the questions at the vision circles, and whether you participated in a vision circle or not, everyone should complete a survey. All answers are anonymous and will only be shared in aggregate.
Input from youth and young adults who attended UUCT but are now away pursuing studies or work is also important. A separate survey is provided. Families please encourage your young people to participate.
Please plan to do the survey in one sitting, since you will not be able to save your responses and resume later. (You can preview the survey before beginning it.) The average amount of time to complete the survey has been about 50 minutes (a small investment in such a significant decision!). You may find the survey from the link below or through the Search Committee’s website. We will also have search committee members available with computers to assist you in completing the survey every Sunday in September after services.
Surveys must be completed before the end of September. Make your voice heard!
