Sunday, December 31st | 10:30 AM — Seeds for the New Year — in Goddard and livestreamed on YouTube

  • service offered (virtually) by Rev. Dr. Sofía Betancourt, President of the UUA, and the UUA’s WorshipWeb —
    • with worship coordination by UUCT Worship Associates Bert Meek and Helen O’Brien

For the final service of this year, Helen O’Brien and Bert Meek will lead

  • using a pre-recorded sermon by Rev. Dr. Sofía Betancourt, President of UUA.
  • She will talk about how to challenge the despair we can all feel
    • when ideologies of hatred are celebrated.
  • Instead, we can use the magic of the turning of the year
    • to lean into more caring for our community
    • and building stronger bridges of interconnection
      • to recognize the best in what we are
      • and in what we can become.

Come join us in contemplation, song, and prayer.
