UU Youth Ministry (YUUP). The Young Unitarian Universalist Project, started by a design team of youth and emerging adults as a way to keep young UUs connected to each other and their faith during the covid-19 pandemic, is a national community care network and multi-directional communication channel that centers BIPOC, trans/non-binary and neurodivergent youth and offers a transition zone for young people moving into emerging adulthood.

Sanctuary Boston. The Sanctuary Boston is a progressive spiritual community striving for vibrant worship and real connection. Our worship gatherings are full of music of different styles, led by our Sanctuary Boston band. At each gathering a community member offers a message of spiritual journeying, and we reflect on what it means to live lives of justice, equity, and compassion. http://thesanctuaryboston.org
Gathered Here. Gathered Here is a monthly online check-in for Canadian* Unitarian Universalist young adults. Join other UU 18-35 year-olds on ZOOM for sharing of joys and sorrows, deeper check-ins, prayerful reflections, and an opportunity to process the events of our lives with a spiritually grounded community. Each month we are joined by a member of the Young Adult Pastoral Care Team.
These monthly gatherings have become highly valued touchstones in the lives of many young adults. While so much in our lives is unknown and unknowable, we can find comfort in familiar rituals and faces. By sharing our joys, our concerns, our sorrows and our gratitudes, we know ourselves to be held in a loving community. Exploring the themes and spiritual practices helps us each remember our own creativity and resilience. We are all in this together, a part of a larger story.
These are drop-in style gatherings, so you don’t need to sign up in advance and there is no fee. Click here to register via Zoom. Note: Non-Canadians are more than welcome to attend.
Black Lives of UU (BLUU) Worship [FOR BLACK PEOPLE ONLY]. BLUU’s online worship services are Black Sacred Space in their entirety – by and for Black people, with the words and voices of Black folks across the diaspora – and we hope that Black UUs and Black UU-adjacent folks (who share our values) from far and wide will join us! Click here to register via Zoom.
UU Connecting. This monthly event held the third Sunday of every month and led by Unitarian Universalist (UU) young adults Xenia and Zoë, will be a warm and welcoming space for UUs, and those interested in connecting with UUs, to meet, mingle, reconnect, and make new friends.
Gatherings will include time in breakout rooms to meet each other and talk about involvement in UUism. They may have questions to discover shared interests, and may include sharing of spiritual practices and learning about other UU community opportunities. Though it is led by young adults, UUConnecting is open to UU of all ages (those under 18 should have a parent/guardian present with them). Click here to register via Zoom.
UPLIFT Trans/Non-Binary Gathering. Join the UPLIFT monthly gatherings for trans, nonbinary, and other not-entirely-or-at-all-cis UUs. Join us to connect with other trans/nonbinary+ UUs and co-create support and community across our faith. All you need to bring is yourself (and other trans/nonbinary friends, if you’d like)!
These gatherings focus on getting to know each other and on sharing our collective dreams, ideas, and talents for this space. Expansive definitions of trans, nonbinary, and UU all apply. Non-UUs are welcome if they are OK with being in a UU-focused community. If you are interested in this space, and you aren’t (entirely or at all) cisgender, it’s a space for you. Click here to register.
