Virtual Christmas Pagent

Participate in the Virtual Christmas Pageant

This year we can't hold our regular Christmas Pageant chaos night, but we don't want to miss all the fun! The pageant will be prerecorded, we'll all be able to live stream it on Christmas Eve and watch together.
BUT! You can still participate! There are two ways:
1. Record a line to be included in the Multitude of Angels. In real life, we have a beautiful gaggle of sparkly folks as our angels. This year, you ALL get to be angels. Simply record the line below using a voice app or video app.
Peace on earth and goodwill to all!
Then, submit it to me by email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or on this google drive:https://tinyurl.com/y3qkt75u**We will NOT see any faces for this video, and it will be posted to YouTube on the UUCT public channel. We are only playing their voices because our actors are...
2. Bring your stuffies to be our actors!Yes, you read that right. Our stuffie friends are going to be our actors. We are using a kind of storytelling that we have done before in Baja 4 worship. The basic concept is that we record our voices and then put images “over” them so we hear our voices and see the photos. An example is Warrior Goddess:https://youtu.be/V2_nsvrRXFY
If you want your stuffie friend to star in the show, drop them off at UUCT onSaturday, Dec. 5 between 9am and 3pm. We want to be sure we "check in" your stuffie so we're sure the right stuffie goes home with the right family! We will need your actor for a week to take their photo (a lot) so be sure not to bring us a stuffie you can't sleep without. Then, you can pick them up on Saturday, Dec. 12 from 9am to 3pm or by appointment.

Our Seven Principles

We, the member congregations of the Unitarian Universalist Association, covenant to affirm and promote:

  • The inherent worth and dignity of every person
  • Justice, equity and compassion in human relations
  • Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregations
  • A free and responsible search for truth and meaning
  • The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large
  • The goal of world community with peace, liberty and justice for all.
  • Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.

Religious Education

Our Vision

Our lifespan learning community seeks to nurture and stimulate the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and social growth of people of all ages, stages of faith and levels of religious experience.

We envision a program that is rooted in our UU principles and a free and responsible search for meaning that through the thoughts and actions of our lives, transforms us, our community, and our world.
