Beloved Conversations: Meditations on Race and Ethnicity, a curriculum for exploring the role of race/ethnicity in individual and congregational lives is going virtual as of September 1, 2020. It is intended for UUs seeking to embody racial justice as a spiritual practice.
Participants will work at their own level of experience in race-based caucuses, with a critical friend, in bi-weekly learning pods and monthly meaning making sessions. The teaching and learning materials are based on the best practices of multicultural and arts-infused education. The program is positively reviewed by over 140 congregations who have participated to date.
Registration opens September 1. Beloved Conversations begins online in October.
