Aria in Vermillion

February 26, 2012

UUCT Staff, Choirs, and Musicians

Music in our lives is the theme chosen for this once-a-year All Music Sunday. Join us as we explore this theme through poetry, readings, instruments and song. The Desert Chorale and Family Singers will be singing several anthems to help us experience this journey of music in our lives. Also featured will be a special arrangement of "Spirit of Life" involving both choirs and the congregation with flute, violin, and piano accompaniment. Trumpet sounds will echo throughout the sanctuary during the service.  In place of a sermon we present a poem about music in our lives.

Aria in Vermillion is a poem by our illustrious poet Bill Keyes commissioned for the occasion of the All Music Sunday
